Susan Brannon Launches a Kickstarter Crowdfunding Campaign- A photography workshop with Portland, Oregon’s homeless to generate their voice through images and text.

Portland, Or — Susan Brannon has launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter.com, in hope of raising a total of $750 to help fund the distribution of disposable film camera’s to Portland’s homeless.

“I will distribute disposable film camera’s and provide weekly workshops for a month to Portland’s homeless or as they say, “houseless”. There will be a men’s group and a women’s group that will use the visual image and text to tell their individual stories to share with the outside world. Then as a group they will decide on their representative voice. This will help those who are not houseless to better understand those who are houseless.”

Supporters are invited to make a contribution ranging from $1 to $200.
Donors won’t walk away empty-handed. Contributors will receive a thank you gift, ranging from a digital image of their choice to a 2 hours photo tour- workshop.
